Screen-free family fun with Sea-Doo

Wanting a break from ordinary family days out, friends Larnell, Kenny and Meagan brought their kids on an unforgettable Sea-Doo adventure in Fort Pierce, Florida. In between cruising crystal clear waves, their guided tour with Salty’s Water Sports included snorkeling, diving and even spotting some dolphins.

“Instead of being in front of a screen, we get to have that nature effect,” says Larnell’s son. Meagan also remembers her daughter Averi’s excitement after the family day out: “Seeing her reaction, it’s something new. It’s opening a whole world to her.” __ “Normally we would do the typical family things,” says Kenny.“It gets repetitive. This was an actual adventure.”

Discovering Iceland’s wild side with Can-Am

Avid explorer Kyana seeks out some of the most spectacular landscapes in the world, some of which are inaccessible to standard vehicles. On a Can-Am off-road adventure with 4x4 Adventures Iceland, she tackled the volcanic and dramatic terrain of the Reykjanes Peninsula.

“There are so many cool places to explore in the lava fields and craters,” says Kyana. “You could see all these places with the ATVs. It’s a really cool way to see these hidden gems.”

“Even after four years of calling this place my home, today’s adventure opened my eyes to how much of Iceland still remains unexplored.”

A kid-free getaway in Lapland

Caroline and Klaus made the most of a weekend without the kids on a Lynx snowmobile tour in Finnish Lapland. With expert guidance from Lapland Safaris, they journeyed deep into snowy backcountry — with ice-fishing, dog-sledding and encounters with reindeer along the way.

“We love trying new activities together,” says Caroline. “It took me some time to get relaxed, but once I did I could enjoy the bumps and ride for real. This is so much fun!”

“Freedom gets another sense of meaning once you have a family, and these days we really appreciate the free time we get to spend together,” adds Klaus. “And I’m excited to bring our kids one day to these types of adventures.”
